Here is my update: The service manager Mike personally reached out to me and went wheel, but this site will not let me update the original post. Here is my update: The service manager Mike personally reached out to me and went above and beyond to make things right. He even had someone come to my house, pick up my car, replace the steering wheel, and bring it back to me so I would not be inconvenienced. The shop also took care of a recall at the same time which I greatly appreciated. Updated to 4 stars. More
