I was very dissatisfied with the negotiation and sales process of the vehicle. I had negotiated a price over the phone. However when I came in to make the down payment the price was $500 more. I was able process of the vehicle. I had negotiated a price over the phone. However when I came in to make the down payment the price was $500 more. I was able to renegotiate $200 down. A $495 charge for silent security was not pointed out, so watch out for that. When I had the opportunity to test drive the car for the first time, my sales associate, Abhi, was not knowledgeable about the car's safety features. The process of purchasing the car took a long time partly because I had been pre-approved for a loan. When I came to make the purchase I was told I did not need to lift my credit freeze since I had already been pre-approved, only to have to go through the process of lifting it a second time. I would not recommend this dealership. More
