Thank You for your feedback and we apologize that you are less than satisfied with your recent visit with our service department. We did perform a multi-point inspection which is standard with all oil change and tire rotation services. That is when the technician noticed that your rear brake pads needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, due to the time of your visit, the service department was closing, and we were not able to perform the repairs on that day. If you would like to schedule an appointment to have your rear brakes replaced, we would be more than happy to accommodate you. We are also sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues with your tire pressure monitoring sensors. In most cases when a technician addresses and corrects the tire pressures to the level recommended by the manufacturer it takes the sensors a few miles to recognize the correction and they will reset. However, there are rare instances when there are issues with the TPMS sensors being faulty and may need to be replaced. If you would like to schedule an appointment, we would be more than happy to assist you further.
