I dare say some salesmen would just go ahead and soak you for service you don’t need. I used an internet coupon from the dealership, service was performed the next day without issue or phone calls offering other service. I would recomend Ideal for service to anyone! Very pleased!!! Getting checked in and checked out went smoothly and was handled well. Didn't get up-sold for additional items or made to feel disregarded because it was recall work. More

Mixed Review I have only used this dealer for service on my 2012 Acadia Denali, so that is the only aspect I can review. My first two times using their service cen I have only used this dealer for service on my 2012 Acadia Denali, so that is the only aspect I can review. My first two times using their service center was less than rewarding. The first time I went in for just a regular oil change, etc and left with almost $1000 bill for "necessary work ". (My car was just fine when I took it in.) Second time, I took it in because my Bluetooth stopped working. The service guy had the car for almost 5 hrs and he calls me three hrs later to tell me they were not able to run a full diagnosis to find what was wrong and wanted me to either leave it longer or bring it back another day. Gratefully, they did not charge me for the hours they looked at it. Third time's a charm, I worked with Steve. I called because my new battery was unexplainably dying when I had to leave it at the airport for a week, my bluetooth still wasnt working, and I asked them to check my brakes. They had the car for a day and a half, with check-in calls from Steve letting me know they were still working on it, and he reported that my back brakes are rusty causing the shimmying and the believe they have found the thing that is putting a small draw on the battery. Bonus is they think the draw is coming from a part that may also be causing my bluetooth problem. They have fixed the brakes and I am currently waiting for the part to repair the battery draw. (Thankfully, as long as I drive the car every day, the battery has no problems.) Fingers crossed!! Steve has been the first person there that has treated me like he appreciates my time and values my business. Quality customer service can really go a long way, especially when we have to shell out hundreds of dollars to keep our vehicles happy. More

Horrible, horrible, horrible Before Thanksgiving I was driving my Yukon Denali coming from North Carolina to Pennsylvania when I stopped at McDonald's and the truck would not star Before Thanksgiving I was driving my Yukon Denali coming from North Carolina to Pennsylvania when I stopped at McDonald's and the truck would not start. Roadside assistance towed it to the nearest dealership where they had it for two weeks and called and said it was ready. I took a night off of work to drive the hour and a half down to pick it up. They replaced a relay and the battery for over 700$. The truck started and we proceeded to take it home the 88 miles. Half way thru that drive my turn signals quit working and a couple other dash lights went out as well. I got it home parked it and it would not start again. They only fixed the problem enough to get it home and now it sits here just like it did in Maryland. When corporate was contacted they stated that there is nothing that they can do and they wont have it towed to a Gmc dealership close to me, that it isn't their problem anymore. What kind of dealership would do that, not one I would take my vehicle to anylonger. More

If someone isn't aware of mechanical issues, they could be taken advantage of in my opinion. Use caution and always get a second opinion before getting recommendations done! Also, when I asked abt coupons I was told to "look online". A good salesperson would have pointed them out to me or offered them when recommending! More
