I traded in my 2005 Toyota Tacoma for a 2016 Toyota Tacoma My salesman, Robert Ocasio, was very helpful and congenial. Our appointment to finalize the sale took place on Wednesday March 27th, 2019 at 4:00 pm. My salesman, Robert Ocasio, was very helpful and congenial. Our appointment to finalize the sale took place on Wednesday March 27th, 2019 at 4:00 pm. While the overall experience was positive, it did appear that there were too few salespeople in the dealership that evening. Robert was dealing with multiple customers and trying to finalize multiple sales simultaneously. We completed the paperwork for the sale at approximately 11:00 pm that evening. Theresa, the financial / paperwork person was also very friendly and efficient. Despite the length of time spent in the dealership that evening, I'd still recommend IDEAL to my friends. More

Gave him my needs and bottom line monthly payment and I never felt pressured nor my wishes ignored. All my questions were answered and I left to do some research. I called Saturday, made an appointment with him and went in for a test drive. Again he was very respectful and answered my questions. I'm a senior citizen and Doug always made me feel respected and valued. After we agreed on a price I went on to purchase the car. Car buying is usually very stressful but this was a long but pleasant experience. The dealership was very busy this day so the financial part took awhile. More
Excellent Service Purchased a "new" Elantra. Had been a "loaner" vehicle. After picking the car up noticed the brakes were chattering. Scheduled us to bring it in on Purchased a "new" Elantra. It was long before Ken came over to discuss what I was looking for, and to help offer some suggestions and advice. When he heard I was looking for a hybrid, he jumped right in with his personal story of his hybrid and talking about how they are great cars. From there, we reviewed options and features, until we finally settled on a great car that I absolutely love. We test drove the car that day, and then I came back a week later and purchased it from Ken. More
