Great experience - thanks, Steve! Steve Lubel is tops. Ideal is lucky to have him. Made the entire experience stress free (this was a second recall for a Pontiac air bag, but my first Steve Lubel is tops. Ideal is lucky to have him. Made the entire experience stress free (this was a second recall for a Pontiac air bag, but my first time at Ideal). Knew what was needed, handled it, and arranged for me to be shuttled home and also brought back the next day. Francis was an excellent shuttle driver, pleasant and helpful. Will definitely make Ideal my "go to" car service stop. More

Disappointed...Once Again I am so glad you sent me this so that I can respond to my recent recall experience. This is probably not the email response that you are expecting. First of all, Once again No one that I spoke with is listening to me. I specifically asked when I made this appointment that my car get washed. I specifically asked when I responded to the appointment confirmation email that my car get washed. I specifically asked when I brought the car in for the recall work that my car get washed. MY CAR DID NOT GET WASHED. I was told by my sales person 6 years ago "Just bring your car by the dealership ANY time and we will wash it for free! LIFETIME CAR WASHES! I have had my car in you Service Department 5 or 6 times (mostly for recalls, since we purchased it from you in Sept 2012) and EVERY time I ask to have my car washed and EVERY time I was told "the car wash is broken" or told that it would be washed and it NEVER happens. Just more Car Dealer B.S. Just so you know, my wife and I just purchased a new Honda late last year from Shockley Honda and they too have Lifetime car washes and a car wash AND THEY USE IT! and they even wash my Hyundai which I purchased from YOU. I don't really care what you do with this email but I thought that you should know that if you say you have "LIFETIME CAR WASHES" you should actually DO IT and dispense with the CAR DEALER B.S... I can tell you that this is part of the reason we did not purchase another car from Ideal. Bruce D. Eakle More

An Ideal Experience I had a MAJOR repair job on my GMC Terrain in my future. I walked into the service dept. of Ideal, was greeted right away. Upon telling John the probl I had a MAJOR repair job on my GMC Terrain in my future. I walked into the service dept. of Ideal, was greeted right away. Upon telling John the problem with my vehicle, we agreed that the car should be towed there for full diagnostic once over. We also agreed that it may well be a covered repair under my powertrain warranty. John got everything ok not the system, and from there I had to do nothing. John confirmed the warranty would cover the extensive repair. He called and updated me on the progress of the job, he arranged for a rental car for 3 days, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Thanks! More
