WORST Customer Service EVER. I had a simple part issue then I had to go to service to book an appointment, had to leave a message at 4 p.m. no one called me back till 10:10 the next day. I asked the woman then I had to go to service to book an appointment, had to leave a message at 4 p.m. no one called me back till 10:10 the next day. I asked the woman Penny, I just talked to you, and you transferred me to parts then parts said yes have the part they transferred me to service so I can book an appointment to get it done and I had to leave a message and no one called back till the next day. I asked Penny why did it take so long, she said she had 80 phone calls to get back to and her bosses let her go home early so no one can return the phone calls. REALLY at a dealership people calling into for service they have no one calling customers back. Then when I asked for the next appointment, it was 12 days from when I called. This is just to get a key reprogramed for my car which they have in stock. I called Garber and I have an appointment today in stock and friendly service. I am amazed at there Customer service and Service department. Parts department guy was so nice too, I would never go back and buy a car if that is the way there SERVICE area is. BEWARE.. 12 DAYS to service your car just to program a key. no mechanical heavy duty work. AMAZING you should be ashamed. and PENNY should not be in service More

I have had my winter and summer tires stored at Ide since they also had Mazdas . My tires are mounted on wheels and the switch over in the spring and fall consequently , should only take a few minutes . On e they also had Mazdas . On each instance I have made appointments first thing in the morning , and have arrived on time , 7:30 AM . Each time there has been some sort of problem and I have had to wait more than two hours for a job that should have taken a few minutes . This is ridiculous ! Service advisor Jim Milella has been very , very apologetic and done his best to help me . I do not believe it is his fault , he has been very sincere and tried his best to be helpful . Something is very wrong with this system and terribly frustrating , I would not recommend to anyone that they use this service . More
This year will mark 30 years that I have been an Ide Honda customer having purchased four Hondas over those years. My family still owns three of them. I had the best experience I ever had at a car dealer. I had a very good experience at Ide Honda dealer. I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice and efficient Ide Honda folks treat their Customers and I had a very good experience at Ide Honda dealer. I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice and efficient Ide Honda folks treat their Customers and run their business. I recently purchased a 2018 Ridgeline that started to exhibit two unrelated symptoms: "Transmission System Problem" and "Blind Spot Info Problem" Melody, the service adviser took me right in and the technician found the root cause to be the automatic transmission within a very reasonable time. I cannot say enough good things about Ide Honda in all. . . just great folks who cares about their Customers. And great Techs who know their stuff. The Truck has been running very nicely. And check this out . . . the calculated gas mileage on the display that used to read in the mid to upper 17 MPG in town is now reading in the 20 to 21 MPG in town. Just another happy guy . . . More

I looked out the window and was immediately curious about a white Honda Ridgeline truck that sat outside. I have worked with Rick Damico before, and so asked him to show the truck to me. We took it for a ride. Afterwards he showed me the extra storage, electronic features, etc., etc. He is so very knowledgeable and professional! Hadn't planned on it,...but I bought the truck. More
