This was by far the most pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle that I have ever had. I worked with Rick Damico at Ide Honda and will personally never go to another Honda dealer in the area when we are ready to make another purchase. I walked in at 6:30 pm and left at 7:30 pm having signed a very fair deal for the purchase of a new Pilot and trade of my existing vehicle. Rick worked with us to inform us of all of the options the different models offered and we decided on the EX-L. He did not try to pressure us to upgrade to the higher model and quickly went to work with the business office to secure a fair deal for us. The same goes for Ashley in Finance, she educated us on all of the service options and respected our selection with no pressure to purchase what we weren't interested in. They were able to find the color we wanted and we picked it up within two days of our original visit without a single phone call inbetween. Ide provided a stress free experience with very knowledgeable employees and great customer service and care. I highly recommend Ide Honda. You will have a different experience here rather than the large corporate dealerships in the Rochester area. More

The LED headlight improve visibility while driving in snowy and wet road driving conditions at night. He even went above and beyond to try to locate a vehicle on their lot that was a similar green for me to see, so I could avoid a return to the other local dealer. Jake Anderson in finance made the process a breeze when applying for credit with no pressure to purchase, just information, for the extra warranty coverage and protection packages. Ken Neufeglise made the paperwork part quick and painless and I was into my new Honda quicker than expected. As an added bonus I got a chance to personally meet the VP Rich Ide when I purchased the car. First time I've ever had that happen. I would highly recommend checking out Ide Honda before finalizing any deal with another local dealer...or better yet just go there first and save the hassles. More

He was great helping us with the paperwork and our insurance. He spent an hour showing us all of the inside and outside workings of our new van. It was the best car buying experience we have had.
