We all love Honda, but I have never purchased new. My brother and I decided it was time to replace our current vehicles. We both met with Gerry Lamb, looked at a few different models, test drove, and I decided on the CRV while my brother went with the Odyssey. We found Gerry to be very knowledgeable and he made the entire process very easy! When we came back to pickup the vehicles the receptionist recognized and announced us to Gerry before we even checked in - that is efficient! I could not have asked for more. More

Roberto Galante was a great person to work with throughout our car buying experience. He was honest, down to earth, pleasant, and eager to earn our business. He treated us like family. Gerry Lamb operated in the same manner, honest and professional, as did Rich Lombardi. We had a deal done in a short time, and unlike other places, did not feel taken advantage of. It was a great car buying experience. We were treated like we had been their customers since 1999. We will certainly come back to Ide Honda for all of our automotive needs. Everything was taken care of for me when I came to pick up the Pilot...registration, insurance, etc...All I had to do was sign a few papers, get in and drive! TOP NOTCH I came into the dealership after having visited a few. My 19-year-old son and I were looking for a car and together we would make the perfect pair to I came into the dealership after having visited a few. (although unbeknownst to a salesperson, I am knowledgeable in cars and how they work) Our salesman, Rick Damico was amazing and respectful. Rich Lombardi the finance liaison was very knowledgeable and helpful and worked to find us the best deal. When all was signed and we were getting ready to leave, the manager Roberto came out and introduced himself to us and shook both of our hands. I was incredibly impressed with the look, professionalism and down to earth manner in which this dealership operates and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. Even though the car is for myself, it was a great learning experience for my son in what to look for in a company and customer service. More
