Then, he and Roberto talked to us to help us decide whether to rent or to buy. They had to track down the vehicle from another location, so they gave us a loaner vehicle while we waited. Within 3 days we were driving our new car. We couldn't be more pleased. What started as a stressful situation turned out be fun and easier than expected. More
