Ide Honda is a family owned and operated Honda Dealership in Penfield, NY. It all started in 1970, when Dick Ide opened his first dealership in Fairport, NY. In 1973 he added the Honda franchise. A few years later, in 1977, he moved both dealerships to Panorama Trail.
In 1984, Dick's oldest son, Mitch Ide, opened Mitch Ide's Ideal Chevy-Olds-Geo in Geneseo, NY. Along with his wife, Anne, they ran the dealership until selling it in 2000.
In 2007 Mitch took on responsibility for the Honda dealership from his father and has been involved in daily operations. When we say family owned and operated, we mean it. Mitch is the owner, Anne is the CFO, their son, Rich is the VP.

Checking car in was quick and easy. Picking car up was less than par. After quickly processing the $1300.00 payment I was handed my keys and waved off to go find it. No one could pull it up. I found it blocked in. I had to go back to the same five workers sitting around to ask for assistance in moving the car blocking mine in so I could leave. It seemed a lot to ask, but again they processed the payment very efficiently. Customer service is everything. Greet customer with a smile. Pull the car up after the service has been paid for. If you have five workers sitting around walk the customer to their car. Take the paper out that was protecting the floor mat……… More

I worked with Joe. Had an ongoing pressure light on even after I purchased a new, expensive tire through him. Light remained on. Stated he could not resolve my issue. Buying a car was NOT a daunting task when I dealt with Jennifer Flammia at Ide Honda in Penfield, NY. In fact , the whole experience was fun and pleasurable. I'm not sure many people can say that about b Jennifer Flammia at Ide Honda in Penfield, NY. In fact , the whole experience was fun and pleasurable. I'm not sure many people can say that about buying a used car!!!! Jennifer was extremely helpful to me when I really needed help. After a car accident, I didn't have much time to replace my vehicle as a busy mom of two young children with a full time job. In fact, Jennifer stayed an hour late past her shift to accommodate meeting my husband to show him the prospective Honda Odyssey van and our payment options. Jennifer took her time with us and was available by text, e-mail and phone on a moment's notice for all of our questions. Even when the sale was done, she was available and open to my questions and followed up a few times to make sure everything was going well and to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. Jennifer took her time in showing me the key features of the new van and hooked my phone up to an app to help me with the rest. I received red carpet service from a family owned dealership and that is exactly what I received, FAMILY TREATMENT. Even the receptionist was super nice and had her little dog with her to greet the customers. Thank you Jennifer and Ide Honda for your pleasurable used car purchase of my 2019 Honda Odyssey! We will be back for our next car purchase! More
