Brad from IDE was quick to respond to set up an appointment. I confirmed a time with Brad, but when I arrived, Brad said he was with another customer and asked an associate, Leigh Q. to meet with m appointment. Leigh was pleasant, provided me with pricing for both a ‘24 CRV EX & Hybrid Sport and had my 2016 Subaru Forester assessed. The outcome was the price of the Hondas we’re $1000 over the MSRP and the trade-in value was $4,000 less than Honda’s online estimated value (assuming the vehicle was in average condition). When I questioned the $5000 difference between Honda’s base price & trade-in value compared to Ide’s, Leigh disputed Honda’s written $12,660 estimated Trade-in allowance. I experienced similar negative sales experiences with Garber, Fox & Lia Honda. So I returned to VanBortel Subaru to buy my 5th Subaru and received another exceptional sales experience from Vince Bovenzi with a very fair trade-in value and discount off the MRSP. More

Jennifer was always professional and you can feel her energy when it comes to her job. She is passionate in what she does and sold me on my car over the other dealerships that I went to. I most definitely did my research too, so in my experience, I had a lot to compare. I highly recommend both Jennifer and this dealership over many others, I won’t mention.
