After the 3 year term on my lease and hundreds, if not thousands, of customers later I walked into Dick Ide and Jon Farmen immediately saw me and remembered my name, what I did for a living, where I worked... Everything! It was as if those long three years had never passed. Now THAT'S customer service. Jon let me test drive anything I wanted to take out. And being so picky it wasn't just one. And while I was out on a test drive he crunched the numbers and had all the information I wanted on every car I was looking at when I got back. He knew that's how I liked to do business and he was right on top of it. He even went with us for one of the test drives just to spend more time with us. That proves dedication to his customers. I decided on a car and had made arrangements to pick it up the following weekend. I spent the whole weekend debating if I wanted an LX or EX.
