When he thought that the appointment we had scheduled one evening would be tight, he calle took the time to work with me on the phone and in person. I really appreciated that. He also helped me after the sale when there was some confusion with Hoda Finance. He had resolved the problem within an hour of receiving my email asking for assistance.
