As we all know , the sales manager approves all deals. Roberto will make sure you drive away Happy. BTW. The service department treats their customers to ensure their satisfaction. They actually seem to be working for your repeat business. I can only comment on regular service appointments(oil changes,etc) . Honda's don't break down,lol (seriously) Knock on wood. I drive the pilot, wife drives the odyssey, the kids , who will not move out, drive civics. More

I usually have to turn into a complete xxxxx to get a reasonable price for the vehicle. I went to Dick Ide Honda looking for a Honda Pilot & met with Jose Santa. He did a great job of making the buying experience more enjoyable. Many businesses today have lost the ideal that people make the business successful. I don't buy from Dick Ide because their Honda product is better than other dealers Hondas. The only separation between dealers is the people. People make the ultimate difference. In this case, Jose Santa was a pleasure to work with and I will return for my next vehicle. More

Daughters First Car It was time for my daughters first car. I made a point to visit local Honda dealer, Dick Ide, and was fortunate to meet Joe Preteroti. He was extraord It was time for my daughters first car. I made a point to visit local Honda dealer, Dick Ide, and was fortunate to meet Joe Preteroti. He was extraordinarily patient, thorough and very attentive to insure my daughter's questions and concerns were answered. As a father, his professionalism, knowledge, and ability to simply communicate to my daughter and I why the Civic was our best option was the reason we did the deal on the Civic and with Ide. His follow-up through the sales closing and delivery cycle were as the pre-sale process, thorough and professionally managed. He made a personal phone call to my daughter after to thank her for the business and ask if any issues or if any questions needed answering. I found Joe to be one, if not the best sales representative I have ever dealt with. Because of Joe, and our experience with buying our first Honda, we will be seeking him out next year when we trade in a Ford. Thank you Joe! More
First free oil change and tire rotation After purchasing a Honda Civic from this dealership back in January 2014 for my college age daughter, we were finally able to get the first "free” oil After purchasing a Honda Civic from this dealership back in January 2014 for my college age daughter, we were finally able to get the first "free” oil change and tire rotation at 5900 miles on Veterans' Day, November 11th. We called three times to try to schedule the service throughout the year to no avail, we had to wait until the service light came on, they were adamant. It finally did and I had an appointment for 9 AM on November 11th and told the appointment would take about 1 hour and 40 minutes. I arrived around 8:40 and did the typical drop off process. I waited in the waiting area and next thing you know after about 35 minutes my car was ready. At check out I was told I owed $149. I was a little shocked; the service rep started explaining, in detail, that they performed the 7500 mile service, which included doing something to the breaks. I did not realize that I agreed to the service because it was not explained to me and a price was not given to me prior because I would have called my husband to see if the service was actually needed. I paid and told my husband who was very upset because the service did not need to be done at 5900 miles. The bottom line is that they were adamant about the miles for the "free" oil change and tire rotation but not so adamant about the 7500 mile service. After discussing this with the service manager they refunded me $60 but I ended up paying $90 for something that was not needed or explained to me. My husband also checked the breaks and they had not been adjusted or cleaned and they did not top off all the fluids, which was supposed to be included. They did change the oil because there was oil spillage and the tires were rotated. More
