Excellent Customer Service I took my van to get an oil change. While I was there, Jim's team noticed something wrong with the sway bar. They were able to replace it right then I took my van to get an oil change. While I was there, Jim's team noticed something wrong with the sway bar. They were able to replace it right then and there and it only added a few minutes to my service. Being able to take care of the repair in one appointment was a big value add for me. I must say I try to use Jim Milella exclusively. He has provided me with the best service at this dealership. More

That is until we saw an ad for a used Civic at Ide. Wow, it was like night and day! Our salesman, Jose Santa, was friendly, honest and followed through on everything he said he would do. He made it an actually enjoyable process. On the day of delivery, Rich Ide came out to say hi to us. He was warm, welcoming and funny. I woukd and will recommend them to ANYONE looking for a vehicle. It's a relief to know there are still some "good guys" out there. We love our car!! More

Best Car-Buying Experience Ever! We just purchased a 2015 Honda Odyssey EX-L which we love. We had the best, easiest and smoothest car-buying experience ever (and between my husband We just purchased a 2015 Honda Odyssey EX-L which we love. We had the best, easiest and smoothest car-buying experience ever (and between my husband and I we have purchased about 6 vehicles at various dealers). This was due to the outstanding service provided by sales representative, Kent Kroemer and financial specialist, Ashley Pierce. Both displayed professional, great competence, and excellent knowledge while always being courteous, available, respectful, and friendly. We got a good price, quick processing and service (we bought the WeatherMaster package). Both Kent and Ashley were easy to communicate with and replied promptly to all our questions, whether by phone or email. We thank both of them very much and say they are outstanding employees! We would highly recommend Ide Honda and Kent and Ashley to anyone! More
Would not go back My daughter was looking for a Honda Fit. The car was not available in their lot. We were told it was supposed to be on a truck that had been expecte My daughter was looking for a Honda Fit. The car was not available in their lot. We were told it was supposed to be on a truck that had been expected on the 18th. We were also told if we didn't want to wait they would drive over and pick one up at the nearest location--Buffalo. As of the 25th, the car still either did not get delivered or was sold out from underneath us. We subsequently learned there were at least 5 of these vehicles available at other dealerships in Rochester. Everyone we dealt with was not customer friendly. During this week, our salesman had a day off. No one else helps customers if your salesman is not in. Instead you have to talk to him on his day off, which does not make for a happy person, not that I blame him. I have tried to purchase vehicles from Dick Ide a few times in the past and their customer service was poor then too. One time I walked in and stood there for 10-15 minutes and NO ONE approached me. I was ready to purchase and bought elsewhere too. We went to Garber Honda, they were very friendly and went out of their way to help us They beat Dick Ide's deal and she had the car the same day. I wish I had gone there first. More
