This is our 6th vehicle from the Dick Ide Dealership. We've had a Civic, Ridgeline, S200, 2 Odysseys and a Pontiac G6. All have been gorgeous and reliable leases. I can't say enough great things about Honda alone. What makes Dick Ide stand out above the rest is price and customer service. I went in looking to order a 6 speed manual transmission HRV (EX) after another dealership in Rochester told me I had a great experience at Ide Honda. I went in looking to order a 6 speed manual transmission HRV (EX) after another dealership in Rochester told me that it could not be ordered, as they are not readily available. Ide was not only able to order it, they also provided me updates on the entire process. Brad was great and gave me every piece of information that he had on my car as soon as he had it. He was super friendly and I would definitely go back and work with him again. I absolutely love my new HRV! More
