Mike was great and when I was done, he showed me how to open my gas and front hood doors. The blades were under warranty since my car had 683 miles on it (I got it on Dec 10 but have not driven much due to my recent surgery). I definitely will return to Ide Honda for any future service for my FIT. I also received a follow-up call and again I can't remember her name but she was great. There are no words to describe the support that was received Rick D'Amico is beyond the best salesman I have ever encountered. My car was hit by a drunk driver in the middle of the night, (2 a.m.) while parked Rick D'Amico is beyond the best salesman I have ever encountered. My car was hit by a drunk driver in the middle of the night, (2 a.m.) while parked on a street. Fortunately, no one was in the car. The service and guidance of Ide Honda was beyond anything I could have asked for. Ide Collision and Chris and all of the staff were an advocate for what I needed and guided me during this process without hesitation. Time passed and I was able to be put back in the same car after mine was deemed totaled. The finance department was supportive, as well. I cannot thank Ide enough for the team of people who take a personal interest in your life, and circumstances. I was with Subaru for a very long time.
