I was shocked that they contacted me after I was told a year ago that they would not contact me again. They were constantly calling me at all hours of the day, and a e-mail just about every day. I had a almost impossible time to get them to stop. It has been confirmed to me that the service department decided it would be I good idea to give them my e-mail address so they could start bothering me all over again. What is really interesting to me is that their privacy policy and their website both say that is not the type of place they share your information with. I had a couple of time to speak to Mr Ide, but he just had the service manager call me. He seemed really annoyed with me and will no longer respond to my e-mails. I find this whole ordeal do be a beaking of the trust I had with them to safeguard my information. More

We had planned to look at the CR-V at Ide and another dealership and also other competeting cars to the CR-V. We never made it anywhere else. Working with Brad Constantino was a true pleasure. I've never had such a pleasant car buying experience. My daughter ended up buying a 2017 Honda CR-V EX and is thrilled with it. We will be going back to Ide for our next car purchase and recommend them to anyone looking for a car. More

Mark Frey and his team are always fair and considerate. In particular, I have know Jim Milella all those years, and he is always my first best source of help and assistance for any car problem, even for my other non-Honda vehicle in the old days. I have recommended this dealership and this service department to many friends, and I will continue to do so wholeheartedly! More

I have known Jim for many years there and he remains a dedicated service advisor for my 3 Honda vehicles (purchased before I knew about Ide Honda). He is thorough, helpful and always tries to make my service visits as easy as possible. Most especially, Jim is a good natured gentleman and I always trust his service advice. If I buy another Honda, it will be at Ide Honda because of this service department. More
new vehicle purchasing experience My wife and I purchased a 2017 CRV at your dealership last week. This was a positive experience and we are very pleased with the vehicle. Our salesman My wife and I purchased a 2017 CRV at your dealership last week. This was a positive experience and we are very pleased with the vehicle. Our salesman, Scott Marinelli, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and he was very pleasant to deal with. We felt that we received a fair dollar amount for the vehicle we traded in during this transaction. We were surprised, however, with one fee that seemed ridiculous when we picked up the vehicle on May 31, 2017. As we closed the financial part of it with Jacob Anderson, he noted that there was also a $70.00 wash and wax fee included with the other itemized costs of the vehicle. The SUV came to the dealership from a different location with only 5 miles on it; one would presume that it was trucked to Ide Honda. I asked Jacob about that fee and he said that this was standard and that the vehicle was "hand waxed", not just sprayed with a wax like some places do. This seems like a little money grab by the dealership. I think its reasonable to expect a brand new vehicle to be clean. I especially thought this was a little disingenuous when friends of our mentioned that when they bought new vehicles recently from a different dealership, they were pleasantly surprised to receive free coupons for either oil changes or gift cards for local establishments. As a business practice, I would waive any fee for a wash of a brand new vehicle. We live fairly close to your dealership so we will give your service department a try in the future. Again, a very nice vehicle and Scott Marinelli was pleasant to deal with and he answered all our questions about the CRV. Sincerely, Doug Boccardo More

When I walked into Ide Honda and met with Rick Damico I realized that my first experience was atypical. Rick and the Ide team were very kind and helpful. He worked with me and my limited budget to find a great car at a great price. I fully suggest going to the Ide dealership but also working with Rick as a salesman. More
