I got my first Honda in 1996 from Ide and have always had a great experience. I think the service department is great, but now has gone a little downhill because it's so hard to get in touch with anyone (the a great experience. I just bought my 4th Honda from them and the experience was not ideal. My sales person was a really nice guy, but I don't think he knew the vehicle he was selling me. He told me several things that just weren't correct. Knowing some of those things, I would not have bought the car to be honest. And, when I picked the car up, the A/C was not working and they had to replace the condenser. Did not give me a good feeling with a brand new vehicle. I don't see myself going back for a 5th Honda. More

Extremely long wait times and no communication. Being a mom with 2 kids and one car it is extremely difficult to make time to get things taken care of when they are in school. I had to pick my daughter up from preschool and I was at the dealership for almost 2 hours without any communication that my car did not even get up on to the lift until an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment.
