As stated above, the business, specifically, the owner did not take care of me like they like to claim on their webpage. They also claim that they inspect their vehicles for mechanical and safety issues. Clearly not the case with my car. I have already had over $5k in repairs which range from my brake booster failing giving me almost no braking ability and also endless leaks through the entire motor, transmission and coolant systems. I still have additional repairs that will soon be required in the ball park of $11k. Making my total repair costs around $16k, More than what I bought the car for. Not counting the ground transportation I'll incur while in the shop or the constant worry and possible days missed of work for having my car break down. I cant sell the car in its current condition without losing money and I can't afford to fix everything upfront. I am in California now for work when most of my current problems began. When I had brought this to the attention of the dealership, I was brushed off time and time again. They were unwilling to help me. After a while I just gave of and paid to have the initial repairs made just so I could have my car moving. I gave up going after the dealer. On 1/11/18, i made a call to ask if they had sent the change of title in on my car i traded in for the BMW and Ash (owner) said "why don't you go b_ _ch on the internet, go f_ck yourself". then hung up. I called back and he continued to call me things like "f_ _got", "little b_ _ch". Also insisting that I meet him in person and handle this like a man. I told him I was gonna take him to court and tell them what he said. He said "you're too broke to take me to court, go back to Uber you piece of sh_t" He just told me that he was gonna tell them that I wanted to kill him and i have a gun. While calling lawyers, he called me from a number I didn't recognize and portrayed being a lawyer. During the conversation I learned it was him and I texted him that I was coming for him. He took this opportunity to act like he was victim because I had sent what seemed like a threatening response to him when he knew exactly what I meant. I would steer far away from this guy and his business. He is as slimy as the come and I hope you read this before you are posting a negative review yourself. More
