I have purchased 3 automobiles from Ash and I've never been disappointed. I have read some of the negative comments However this has not been my experience. I have been buying cars for almost 60 years. I just had the best experience ever. Ash, the owner, was a very honest dealer. I found a car that I liked, and set down with him to start the haggling and nego the best experience ever. Ash, the owner, was a very honest dealer. I found a car that I liked, and set down with him to start the haggling and negotiations. What a surprise ensued. He told me what he had to get out of the car. A fair, if not a steal of a deal. He told me what he would give me for my car on a trade which was more than I thought I could ever get out of the car. The deal was done! But as you know the deal is only as good as the promises made. About 3 weeks after the deal was done something broke on the car that Ash could not have known about. The repair could have cost me as much as $300-$400. It wasn't covered under his warranty he gave me when I bought the car. I didn't expect it to be covered. Ash arranged for the repair to be made at another business. When I asked how much I owed, the shop told me that Ash had arranged to cover the cost, parts and labor! It is refreshing to find an honest and a good man like Ash. If I live long enough to need another car, I WILL do business with Ash again!!! More

I purchase a 2011 Range Rover Sport in May 2020. I also purchased the extended warranty from ICONIC MOTORSCARS the Gold service for $3705. I love my truck. Thank you. However, the truck was in the shop an purchased the extended warranty from ICONIC MOTORSCARS the Gold service for $3705. I love my truck. Thank you. However, the truck was in the shop and I presented the warranty to the dealership they called the warranty company and they stated that I don't have a warranty. It was rejected and never paid for by ICONIC MOTORSCAR. I have called, emailed and texted many times with no response. I will continue to pursue until I get a warranty or my money back. I would like to hear back from Ash to settle this issue. Ash, I have tried to call you several times as you requested and I have sent you a text message to the same number and I have not received a response or answer from either. At this point you have my information you can call me if you truly want to make this right. Ash all I am asking is for you to send me a full refund if you can't give me the warranty I paid for. $3705 More

I have waited a couple months before doing a review, I was skeptical that the service I received from Iconic was that good. I kept looking for things that may have been wrong. I purchased a 1977 Mercedes was skeptical that the service I received from Iconic was that good. I kept looking for things that may have been wrong. I purchased a 1977 Mercedes 450 SL, there are so many things that could be wrong with a car that's 43 years old This was one of the best experiences I've had in the process of purchasing a vehicle. Ash, the owner was professional and personable. The vehicles he sells are all top of the line and are shown to sell. He told me this was not a refurbished vehicle but rather a very good looking vehicle for driving for fun which he had cleaned up. He is a man of his word which is rare these days. He told me to drive the car and point out any issues and he would take care of them. 2 days later I picked up the car, repairs made.I did come across a couple issues which he fixed at his cost. I live in Ohio. I actually purchased a Maserati from the owner’Ash’. Before the car was shipped, I found out there was a typo in the model that describes the car. Specifically, I was looking to purchase an S model to find out the model I purchased is a base. I live 1800 miles away!!! The dealership had already cashed my check. I knew that there could be a potential problem at this point. I spoke to the owner’Ash’ and he said that’s not a problem. He would return my money if I wanted, and that he did! Ash returned every dime of my money promptly. He had integrity and was a man of his word. I wish that was the model car I was looking for because it would’ve been parked in my driveway now. Although no purchase was made, our conversations, dealings, and transactions were very smooth and pleasant. We need car dealerships like his in Ohio. I will continue to watch his car inventory. If there is anything I see and like, I will definitely purchase it from him. More

I bought a 2011 bmw 328xi drive from Iconic. As with any used car there was some minor things that had to be fixed as expected. The owner Ash has answered every single one of my calls and has gone out of hi used car there was some minor things that had to be fixed as expected. I believe I found one of the better used car dealerships in Phoenix Az. I even referred this dealer to a friend who is in the market to buy a new car. Thank you Iconic! More
