The industry wonders why people have so many negative impressions and this dealer continued the trend. Would not recommend, does not return calls when things are not as they should be and are liars t impressions and this dealer continued the trend. Would not recommend, does not return calls when things are not as they should be and are liars to be blunt. Very disappointed with customer service and how cold they are. Would highly recommend another dealer and someone with honor who stands by their word. More

I have been buying cars for last 30 years and can honestly say that I have never dealt with a person like Dan Wellman. Dan is a great, no, he is a fantastic sales guy, one that actually follows thr honestly say that I have never dealt with a person like Dan Wellman. Dan is a great, no, he is a fantastic sales guy, one that actually follows through and delivers on his promises. Dan exceeded my, sometimes un-reasonable, expectations and for that I thank him. The vehicle is great, the delivery process was quick and efficient. Dan went out of his way to make sure that the transaction was as smooth and painless as possible. REALLY ENJOYED WORKING WITH EVERYONE WE DEALT WITH AND WILL CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM ALL. NOT ALWAYS SO EASY OVER THE YEARS TO PURCHASE A CAR. THE FOLLOW UP AFTER WE GOT THE CAR WAS UNBELIEVEABLE. Johnnie Sanders was the original sales person I worked with. He was very easy going and patient as I reviewed the car 3 times beofer my purchase. I just traded in my Lexus for a pre-owned G35 sedan and I worked with probably almost everyone in the dealership, but mostly with Johnnie and Cassidy. Let me tell you, those guys are GREAT! Trust me, I wen worked with probably almost everyone in the dealership, but mostly with Johnnie and Cassidy. Let me tell you, those guys are GREAT! Trust me, I went to EVERY Infiniti dealership in the valley from East Mesa to Peoria over the course of about 3 weeks and I negotiated deals with ALL of them. Infiniti on Camelback had the best deal on the car, as well as top dollar on my trade. I was very impressed with them, and shocked at their prices on pre-owned cars. The prices were actually comparable to private party sales, which is generally unheard of. In fact, I had a pending deal on the sale of my Lexus through a private party that I actually had to TURN DOWN because Infiniti on Camelback gave me a better offer. Now historically, when has anyone been able to say that? Ever? Certainly not in my past experiences. Most of the other dealerships I visited wanted to lowball me on my trade. Johnnie and Cassidy recognized my needs, worked with me on a fair deal, and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. My girl and I could not be happier. The car I got was 1 owner, low miles, great condition, and a price that could not be beat. While I was in the final stages of negotiating with dealerships, I told another Infiniti dealer what Camelback was offering me. You want to know what he said? "Well, they are giving you the deal of the century and I would walk out of my dealership and go over there before they change their mind." Verbatim. So, I did just that and I am not looking back! Do your homework on the car you want to buy and of course you should always shop around, BUT before you make any final decision, give Johnnie and Cassidy a shot over at Infiniti on Camelback because I bet they will treat you right and have you feeling good about your purchase after you leave. -Ian in Mesa, AZ More
