Shelby also noticed that it was time for an oil change. The service and maintenance were completed in a timely manner, and the washing of the vehicle and vacuuming was completed very well. I have worked with Shelby since this vehicle was purchased in April 2012 and I have enjoyed working with him ever since. His attention to detail and knowledge is very much appreciated. SHATTERED MY EXPECTATIONS Well this was not what expected. Usually I go into a car dealership and even if I leave with a car I feel like I have been running a marathon or been Well this was not what expected.
