Extremely Wonderful! I went to five dealerships--no one else made me feel as welcomed as Infiniti. They were very patient with my many questions --I didn't know which car I went to five dealerships--no one else made me feel as welcomed as Infiniti. They were very patient with my many questions --I didn't know which car I wanted! I came late in the day, but they treated me like I had all the time in the world to get my answers. "My" salesman followed up with me by phone, and so did the General Manager. I was able to set up a second appointment to drive more than one model to help me make a decision. No pressure was put on me to make a decision quickly, and my options were made clear. With such a giant purchase, it's important to be comfortable with all the people you deal with !! After the purchase, the dealership sent someone to my house to answer any questions that I had, and explain the computer system line by line. I keep my cars a long time, and the warranty person was very attentive to explain my warranty options, since I would probably end up using them because of my length of ownership. More

Horrible Experience Imagine buying or leasing your first brand new “dream car” at 24 years old. Then imagine, within the first six months of ownership, being told that yo Imagine buying or leasing your first brand new “dream car” at 24 years old. Then imagine, within the first six months of ownership, being told that you need to replace the entire engine at a cost to you of over $11,000.00! Oh, and by the way, that it’s not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and the dealership where you leased the car accepts no responsibility. As implausible and deplorable as this seems, it is absolutely true of both Infiniti Corporation and Infiniti on Camelback in Scottsdale, AZ. If anyone is unfortunate enough to experience any customer service issue or mechanical failure to a vehicle, please know that Infiniti on Camelback and specifically managing partner Travis Holt, will not only refuse any responsibility, but in this case, actually accused my 24-year-old nephew of intentionally tampering with his own brand new car himself. Infiniti Corporation does not stand by its product, places the burden of proof on the customer and renders warranties invalid without any formal explanation. They do not allow customer access beyond clerical employees who get frustrated and rude when a customer questions their validity. And, they have no jurisdiction or authority over the dealerships that sell their products and basically leave their customers to fend for themselves. With less than 8000 miles on this new vehicle, the oil plug mysteriously fell off of the car, voiding all oil and seizing the engine, this after having been serviced by Infiniti on Camelback just two weeks prior. Logic would say that either, there was a defect with the vehicle and the oil plug causing it to fall out, or the dealership failed to properly tighten the oil plug after loosening it. Infiniti Corporation and Infiniti on Camelback both do not find either of those explanations nearly as plausible as the one they told me. That my nephew (the customer) must have tampered with the vehicle himself. This, after he purchased the extended maintenance program covering all oil changes and tire rotations with the new lease. Not only did my nephew not have the funds available to replace the engine, but when I offered to do so using my own credit card (I live over 2000 miles away in Florida) I was told by Mr. Holt, that he would not accept credit card payment as he did not trust me, in that I would cancel payment on the card or somehow reverse the funds. Rather I would need to wire him the funds at significant inconvenience to me. So, Infiniti on Camelback and Infiniti Corporation have created a dissatisfied customer…. for life. That extends not only to me and my immediate family (we have owned four previous Infiniti automobiles) but also to anyone I ever have the opportunity to talk with about this experience. Please heed this warning! One positive note, Coulter Infiniti in Mesa, Arizona, when hearing of our plight, offered to repair the car at less costs than quoted by Camelback and readily accepted credit card payment, which by the way, has been paid in full. Great service there and if you must own an Infiniti, please do yourself a favor and service it in Mesa. More
