Did it have to do some minimal renegotiating to have them honor the deal that I thought we agreed to on the phone, but I can chalk that up to some miscommunication instead of trying to pull a fast one. The car had some minor issues (missing carpet, owner manual, lumpy tires etc) but they were great in quickly getting those resolved Finally just had my orientation meeting with Lon who was very patient with explaining how things worked and taught me quite a few things that I can use daily. He also got me set up with Infiniti connect So service which gives me additional peace of mind. Thanks More
