Rich responded to my request for specific information on a car in a very quick timeframe and then I went to dealership and worked with Jacob which was very friendly and he listened to my needs and we drove several cars and we made a deal on a specific car. It was an awesome experience and no pressure to purchase a car that day. Would highly recommend Jacob and the dealership! Lon came out to my home and spent time with me going over the car and to be honest, I was blown away with this special touch to make sure I understood everything on the car! They made it right I was a little reluctant to write this review only because the experience started a little rough. I bought my last car here and wanted an upgrade so I I was a little reluctant to write this review only because the experience started a little rough. I bought my last car here and wanted an upgrade so I came to what I thought was a deal and when I intitally came ‘in it wasn’t the deal I thought. It was a combination of miscommunication on both sides so when they called me back we were able to get the deal worked out. With all that said it’s took me 2 hours total to ‘buy my new car and that’s pretty awesome. My sales guy J Thomas was on the ball the whole time and I felt kinda bad about leaving the first time because he was awesome. Lon came out again and really opened up all then technology on the vehicle for me. It was the second time we met and I was surprised how much new stuff he had to go over with me. It was definitely worth having him out again. So even though the start was a bit rough they finished strong and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. More
