Jacob delivered my vehicle and was outside wiping it down upon my arrival, making sure there was not a water spot on it. Great experience with Lon! Edward is a super nice salesperson, very easy going and good natured. Delivered the vehicle to our home as well. For us which was great. I was pressured by the salesman from literally the minute I walked in (because, as he repeated numerous times, he had to follow Horrible experience. I was pressured by the salesman from literally the minute I walked in (because, as he repeated numerous times, he had to follow "procedure"), and then I briefly dealt with the sales manager who not only low-balled me, according to both KBB and NADA, not me, on my trade offer. Then went so far as to tell me the value of my trade is contingent on how quickly I wanted to do business and that if I walked out the door he'd knock several thousand dollars off his offer. He blatantly tried to pressure me into impulse buying their car. His exact words to me were "my urgency is based on your urgency". Any chance they had at selling me any car was dead at that second. Don't condescend and insult my intelligence, and then act surprised when I have choice words for you as I walk out. Do people seriously fall for this garbage salesman rhetoric? If so, society is doomed. More
