When I called my sales associate and asked to speak with a manager, looking for a reason for the failure to follow up in a timely manner, Lon texted me back saying that they were going to issue me a refund and back out of the deal. No explanation was given, not even the courtesy of a phone call. I requested a call back, but none came until I left a negative review asking me to take it down. I tried everything I could to be accommodating, professional and polite in an attempt to do business with this dealership. They however wasted my time and showed they are not in the business of selling cars. More
Not sure where to begin with this one. Bought a Pre-Owned vehicle from this dealership November 2023. Will go through the issues in order: 1. Left the lot, only to find out there wasn't even enough gas in the tank to get me home. 2. 2 Days later the Wiper Fluid Warning went off, after using them for the first time. I opened the hood and there was all kinds of foam and debris in it - making me wonder if it's been opened by the dealership since they took the vehicle in. 3. Made me wonder about this 120 point inspection they claim to have, so I reached out to Lon Williams after noticing my tire tread is almost non-existent (My fault for not noticing this at the dealership). Lon said he'd check with the service manager, who said it was "Fine at time of inspection", but wouldn't provide me a copy of the inspection, nor mention what the tread rating/depth was. 4. 2 Weeks after purchase, Lon asked me to come in and sign some new paperwork (Different Lender). Forgot to mention I had been reaching out to him almost daily, since I needed them to pay off the existing loan on the vehicle I traded in. Ended up having to make another payment on that loan, on a vehicle I no longer had in my posession ($950) as it took 3+ weeks to get it paid off. I get there and he, including the GM, say, whoops, its all good - we just looked at the paystubs you sent in over a week ago and should be all set. 5. Another week or so goes by and Lon texts me saying they now have a different lender, so will send someone to my work to sign the new paperwork. A couple days after signing I reached out to Lon for a copy of the paperwork, since I wasn't given one. Still have not received - it's now 01/17/2024. For the record, I vehicle I bought is a pre-owned Range Rover Sport. The Wi-Fi doesn't work, so I'll have to take to Land Rover to take a look. The front tires need to be replaced at $ 500 a piece, and the rear tires have 6 months max. I still have not heard further from Lon or anyone in the dealership regarding copies of the paperwork I signed, or by doing the right thing with the tires and wifi. Lesson Learned, don't go back there and do my own 120 point inspection next time, lol. Hope this helps you when purchasing your next vehicle. More
