Once I decided to sign I met with John whom broke it all the way down and explained other protection plans as well. After this I felt like I could be in the business. So a few days after my purchase I received a call from Lon the Loyalty Manager. Did u know he makes house calls? He set an appt to come to my house and show me the tricks and trades of my new ride. Can I just say I am baffled at the computer that I'm driving. Then he said he will follow up in a couple weeks as if this was a doctors appt. I have never ever had a more pleasurable experience when purchasing a car. I love that Infiniti has programs for return customers that's not offered at any other dealerships. They top all hands down.
