My vehicle was damaged during the service I highly recommend avoiding Infiniti of Palm Beaches Service department. When I got my car back from service, which took nearly 4 hours, I noticed scu I highly recommend avoiding Infiniti of Palm Beaches Service department. When I got my car back from service, which took nearly 4 hours, I noticed scuff marks on passenger side front and rear rims and an inch size dent in the rear bumper. My car was in showroom condition prior to the service. After 2 hours of additional waiting, one of the technicians at Infiniti of Palm Beaches was honest enough to admit, that he hit the curb on passenger side. Infiniti of Palm Beaches only agreed to pay for rear rim repairs. Regarding front rim, Service Advisor Danny Solorzano analyzed pictures he took prior to the service of my car and because there was a light reflection from the rim somehow similar to the damage, the front rim repair was denied. Although I don’t think the scuff marks were there before the service, I paid myself for the front rim repairs. On top of that my rear bumper dent repair was denied, even though the pictures Danny took prior to the service of my car don’t show any pre-existing dents. Even Danny initially agreed to fix my rear bumper dent, but then after speaking with Service Manager Robert Scheiner, I was told that this needs to be analyzed further and it was denied later on. Service Manager Robert Scheiner sent me an email that because I signed authorization of work document, Infiniti of Palm Beaches will not be participating in any expenses related to the damage of my vehicle. This is the worst service experience I have ever had. They treat customer as liars and with no respect. It is definitely not the ‘Schumacher family’. I will have to go to court to recover my loss. More

Emergency car service My 6mth old Q50 picked up a screw in the front left tire. I drove in at 12:30 pm and asked for help. Chris took control and immediately not only took care of the tire but gave me my 6mth service which was due. I was done in only 1.5 hours with no appointment just before a holiday weekend. I have utilized the Mercedes, and the Porsche and the Lexus service departments over the years and none met the high standards achieved by Chris and the service department of Infiniti of the Palm Beaches. The Lexus dealership can keep their free bagels, I would rather just get great service when I need it. More
