Awful service I had really bad experience with their service. The technician guy told me that I have to replace the active cruise control sonar for 3000$ to fix par I had really bad experience with their service. The technician guy told me that I have to replace the active cruise control sonar for 3000$ to fix parking cameras. Me: "Okay, but what if it would not help to fix the issue with cameras". Him: "Then we replace something else." I would strongly recommend Infiniti to replace this guy instead of my sonar and refund me $350. BTW Danny was really nice, he is a great service manager and this review is not about him! More

I was not disappointed. Had a great service consultant (Justin) who discussed alternatives, made suggestions, offered advice, and most importantly listened to me. Danny in Service is always on top of his game. This is my second owned Infinity and I think I’ll probably stick with Infiniity for 2 reasons.
