As I was there I inquired about my transmission as it is quite different than my last vehicle. Gene answered my questions and more & was very knowledgeable and helpful. Both Danny and Travis provided exceptional client service. Danny made sure all of the issues with the car were taken care and that I was able to get my loaner with ease. I have leased Infiniti's since 2005 and really love the product and service provided by Infiniti. I first became involved with Infiniti of the Palm Beaches in 2011 when I leased my G37 from Anthony Pa the product and service provided by Infiniti. I first became involved with Infiniti of the Palm Beaches in 2011 when I leased my G37 from Anthony Palestos and was treated exceptionally well! l knew then that they would become "my" dealership. I recently contacted Anthony to make arrangements to lease a 2013 G37 and heard the good news that he was now the Business Manager of Infiniti of the Palm Beaches. We made arrangements for me to come to the dealership and Anthony assured me that I would receive the same excellent customer service provided me on my last visit. Anthony introduced me to Adam Kirschenbaum who helped me with my new lease. Adam was terrific! He was patient, knowledgeable, and a very good teacher in assisting me with understanding the navigation system (which was new to me!). He telephoned me the very next day making sure that I was happy with my car and that I understood all the "bells and whistles" of the car. He provided me with his cell phone number and instructed me to call at any time if I had questions or concerns regarding my new car. All in all, the entire process of leasing the car was a very enjoyable experience. Everyone at Infiniti of the Palm Beaches went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and plan to return to them for many years to come. More

Excellent service I had a 7:30 appointment arrived prior to their opening. As I waited for the gates to open I was greeted by a service associate who confirmed my appointment and whom I was there to see. to their opening. As I waited for the gates to open I was greeted by a service associate who confirmed my appointment and whom I was there to see. In the interest of MY time he took my information as to get me into the system get my loaner car ready so that as soon as they opened I could get in and get on my way. All associates were very professional courteous and worked very well as a team with a common goal in mind. Great experience. Max/Sales Agent spent a considerable amount of time understanding what my objectives were for the purchase of my next Infiniti. Looked at scenarios for both a new vehicle and a used veh amount of time understanding what my objectives were for the purchase of my next Infiniti. Looked at scenarios for both a new vehicle and a used vehicle and choose a 2013 JX35. Only one outstanding matter regarding the replacement of damaged third row seat seat belts. Max/Sales Agent inquried with Service Department on the day of my purchase to confirm that the seat belts would be replaced as it is considered a safety matter. Will need to follow up on when the seat belts will be replaced. No buyers remorse - very happy Customer. More
