delivery knowledge poor I have leased two cars from this auto dealership in the past 3 years. On both occasions I was disappointed with the process of delivery of the auto. The first time the sales person didn't take the time to explain the car thoroughly and left the dealership not knowing how the gadgets work. Recently, I worked with Richard C, and although he was very nice he didn't have much knowledge about the technology aspects of the car, such as Apple play, where are the locations of the USB, etc. I did't even receive a USB cable in order to plug my cell phone in. He fumbled his way and it was clear he had very little knowledge, once again, I left not knowing much about how to use the car. After taking most of the day to take delivery of it, I was exhausted and had little patience with Richard. I strongly would not recommend this dealership and this is the last time I'll deal with them. Even worse, the finance guy rammed an extended service agreement into the contract that I didn't understand nor desired. Tried to call Pete (left messages) never returns calls. More

He is one of the best sales people I have worked with in over 55 years of purchasing automobiles. Unfortunately, this dealer (like the majority of automobile dealers in Florida) has a policy of adding additional fees with bogus labels. The sales staff has no control over this and was caught in the middle when I clearly explained my position. Happily for everyone, they were able to restructure the agreement quickly and smoothly to make the deal work to the satisfaction of both sides. If they work this well with all customers I have no hesitation in recommending this dealer. More
