Just trying to get a lease buyout number is unbelievable, I waited at CarMax for a number for 3 hours and had to leave without getting it. they called and left emails with finance managers and sales managers I waited at CarMax for a number for 3 hours and had to leave without getting it. they called and left emails with finance managers and sales managers with no response. I loved the car but service from this dealer in one word "sucks". Not sure how they received 5 stars on all these reviews. Just so you know Infiniti Financial Services will not give out the buyout amount and make third party buyers call the dealer that you leased the vehicle from, why the run around Infiniti?.
