So when I needed to get a car for my daughter, I contacted Charles last week. True to my first review, Charles was AMAZING! He showed us a variety of cars, answered every question and even moved cars side by side so we could compare. What really impressed me was he spoke directly to our daughter, not thru her or around her. He walked her around the cars and educated her on what to look for when buying a pre-owned car. All while respecting that my husband & I were the purchasers and staying within our search parameters. We purchased another car from Charles Allen & Schumacher, this time from their Infiniti dealership. We are Schumacher clients for life thanks to Charles Allen.
