Worst customer service ever! ! I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with Danny at 1 ge said it would be ready by 2:15 I get there and it hadn’t even been servi ! I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with Danny at 1 ge said it would be ready by 2:15 I get there and it hadn’t even been serviced!! No phone call letting me know they weee backed up!! That was just a slap in my face!! I drive out there expecting service and got nothing except here are your keys sorry! They wanted to give me a car which would not have helped as I worked the next day and didn’t have the time nor did I want to have to drive all the way back there again! It was just a complete waste of my time! Don’t recommend Danny or anyone for that matter this was just unacceptable!! 5 stars what a joke and infiniti is supposed to be upscale??? Not the case!!!
