In the midst of a horrendous situation. My car was inspected last week. New battery and starter. Took almost a week to fix for various reasons. Today, Car has dead battery. Called infinity and said to take an Uber for a loaner car while they sort it out. Picked up the loaner car and was called 10 minutes later and said to return it because we don’t qualify. last day of month with work deadlines and now without a car. This is the short version of a very poor service. I have owned or leased four infinities and had them serviced here over the past 15 years with decent service until today.
