I am a 6 time returning customer, primarily for the service given to me @ Infiniti Willow Grove. I am treated with respect, high quality communication and explanation . Since I have always leased service given to me @ Infiniti Willow Grove. I am treated with respect, high quality communication and explanation . Since I have always leased and owned the car 3-4 years I have never had major repairs, but depend on the service manager for the latest updates, oil changes, tires, and occaisionally a replacement part. My car is returned in better condition- beautifully cleaned everytime. In addition, you are given a loaner when your car is kept for any length of time . David Coleman is the ultimate professional when it comes to dealing with customers for any reason and his staff, under his direction. More
Purchased a gently used 2008 EX35 from them and within a month noticed high-pitched ringing noise on acceleration. Had car in twice for service to check it out, the first time they said they were ordering month noticed high-pitched ringing noise on acceleration. Had car in twice for service to check it out, the first time they said they were ordering a part then never called me back, the second time they denied hearing any noise(even though everyone who rides in the car with me can hear it). They said there is nothing they can do because no fix exists for the problem, and they were not willing to check out my car further or replace any parts. The loaner they gave me made the same high-pitched ringing noise and was filthy and had lots of mud and sticky stuff inside the car. I spoke with the service manager Steve and the sales guy who sold me the car, Charlie. No one wanted to take any resposibility or refer me to anyone who may be able to help. I do not believe I was sold this "certified" car in good faith and I asked for the phone number of a higher management person I could speak to multiple times and my requests fell on deaf ears. More
It was a very plesant expeirence overall. Infinti of Willow Grove is conveinant off of the Pa turnpike. They were kind enough to give me a demo G 37 to try out while I was taking my Mom to the eye doctor. It handled very well. They also dug a car out of the snow I was interested in; so I could see the color. More
Kevin was a pleasure to work with. He was very accomodating, honest and always made sure to keep me updated with the progress of my sale. If there was a question that he didn't know the answer to accomodating, honest and always made sure to keep me updated with the progress of my sale. If there was a question that he didn't know the answer to, he would admit it rather than making something up and follow up with someon else who was more knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Kevin and Audi Willow Grove Infinit/Audi. More
We bought a used car from this dealership. At the time of sale I noticed hail damage on the car and was about to walk out from the deal. The sales person and sales manager indicated that they will fix the da sale I noticed hail damage on the car and was about to walk out from the deal. The sales person and sales manager indicated that they will fix the damage in their service center and that's why we accepted their price offer. We received a "We Owe" voucher from them at the time of sale regarding fixing the hail damage on the roof. Later on when I called the sales person Lisa Russell to setup an appointment, she did not return calls. We tried to contact her and the general manager Stuart Zeidman multiple times but they were non responsive. Finally when I got hold of their service center, for fixing the damage, they said the sales is only covering $100 for the coverage and we will have to pay $700 out of our pocket. They have been dishonest in this deal and we feel that we've been cheated by them. I will never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone. More
For those that would like to have their cars serviced, stay away from Infiniti of Willow Grove. The service advisors like to pressure you into paying for "recommended" services. "Recommended" translates stay away from Infiniti of Willow Grove. The service advisors like to pressure you into paying for "recommended" services. "Recommended" translates to stuff that you do not need but are good way to milk the unknowing consumer. Granted there are some recommendations that they make that are reasonable, but they like to take advantage of people who do not know much about cars and capitalize on their ignorance. The final straw that broke the camel's back for me was when I took my car to get inspected. I have a 2005 G35x that had about 13k miles on it and had it serviced in late 2006. I get a call from the service advisor that my brakes were failing b/c they fell below 2/32nds (requirement to pass is above that). I ask him how is that possible? He stated that they were and I told him do not do anything to my car and that I was going to have it looked at by an independent mechanic. I took my car to my gf's father (Toyota mechanic) and he took off all the pads to measure. Guess what, they were all 4/32nds and above. Not failing as Infiniti of WG had said. So I bought aftermarket pads and installed it myself and brought it back to get reinspected which was an unneccessary inconvenience! I showed the service advisor my old pads and told him to go measure it. Once he came back from the service center, he told me that the pads were all passing and sorry for the mis-information. He offered to either give me a free oil change or a refund for the inspection...I chose the later. In short, the service center will try and con you b/c they know that a majority of their customers do not know jack about cars or care enough to bring it to another shop. Unfortunately for them, I change my own oil, replace air filters, cabin filter, etc. all on my own b/c I'm a car enthusiast. I now take my car to a local German Auto Shop around my area that always gives me great service and doesn't feed me any bull about what I need. One pro that I can give is the sales men there are okay to deal with and gave me great pricing up front without too much hangling. We bough two G35x from there and couldn't be happier. More
Very rude, talked down to me like I was an idiot. Acted like I was insane when I told him I was definitely not buying that day, and then refused to give me any price until I got prices from all the other d like I was insane when I told him I was definitely not buying that day, and then refused to give me any price until I got prices from all the other dealers. He kept insisting that "I want to talk to you last", "I don't want to play games", "I can't give you my price unless I know what price I need to beat", and when I refused to disclose my conversations with other dealers he had the guts to say "you have to be honest with me". He made it clear that if I did not abandon my approach and negotiate his way, then I was wasting his time. He was the typical car-salesman stereotype, I would not go near this place again. He gave me the keys and let me look around the car, but did not bother to offer any information, and didn't even offer a test drive. I'm probably could have asked for one, but I shouldn't have to. In my opinion, it was a typical technique for demoralizing the buyer, to start off the negotiations with me asking for things and the dealership being nice enough to grant them. Armore and West Chester were friendlier and much easier to deal with. When I made it clear that I did not want to haggle and wanted a good price up front, they both made a good just-over-invoice offer and offered a blue-book-fair price for my trade-in. Willow Grove was like pulling teeth, and flat out refused to work this way. More
