When I first visited the dealership, I was not greeted, nor offered any assistance by Staff. This is my third Infinity. I had a G35 coupe then a G35x sedan and now a G37x sedan I would have loved to own the G37 convertible coupe but it does not work for my job as a Realtor. This is my second car leased from WG and Arthur. No game playing, always available, and excellent service. I've been a customer with infiniti of WG for the past 2 years, although I purchased my previous car at a different dealership and was taking my car for service here. I had a great experience with service manager, Steve, and technitians. So when time came to upgrade my car the choice was obveous and I was right with my expectations. No- pushy salesemen, no pressure. As a matter of fact I cannot even call salesforce at WG salesemen - they are true sales professionals starting from appearance all the way to the business. Charlie Blunt was great. Provided me with honest price for the new car and trade-in for my old one. There were no the usual "let me talk to my manager" deal as you normally experience at other dealership. The rest of the sales process was seamless as well including a finance department.
