Larry Regan was a pleasure to work with. He did everything he could to ensure that my experience was pleasant and stressfree. This includes keeping me updated on the status of my car (it was shippe everything he could to ensure that my experience was pleasant and stressfree. He also worked with me to resolve some complicated requests and everything was ready when he promised. He also followed up in a timely manner and let me know he'd be there to answer any questions or resolve any issues that may arise. In a nutshell,my request for a price was never acted on. I visited on Monday and then had to call Jeff Thursday PM. He blatantly lied to me, telling me he had emailed me the info on Wed. I asked him to resend the email and confirmed the email address. That too has miraculously never arrived. It is my work email address and I have NEVER had a problem getting email. Second, Jeff then lied telling me the MSRP on the vehicle had gone up almost $2k...despite the fact that I see no evidence of any price increase - on your site - on Infiniti.com, or any independent car site. I guess your staff must assume that women don't know what they're doing. I have purchased or leased a new vehicle every few years since 1976 and I have NEVER been lied to like this. I have purchased Toyotas, Hondas, Subarus, Fords, Lexus, Mercedes, Fiat, and Mazda without having to bear such sexist, patronizing treatment. I expect a call of apology from your sales manager. And I intend to report this incident to Infiniti corporate. More
Bought a used SUV from this dealership. Everyone at the dealership was very courteous and they have some beautiful Infinity cars available. A friend and I walked in to this dealer ship more out of curiosity than anything else. I was in the market to buy a new car but thought that an Infiniti was just out of my league. Bought The 2011 G37 the last week of 2010. Sales staff, in particular Rob Millman and Frank Vitolo, very congenial, helpful and knowledgeable on their product line. I was given a tour and introduced to the Shop Supervisors and the Business Manger. Everyone treated my wife and I with courtesy. We concluded the sale and picked up the car two days later. At this point, I am delighted with the car. Delivers every performance aspect as advertised. Its funny how small things make a great impression. An example, the car I traded in was a Mercedes SUV with a Bose sound system. The performance of the AM radio in that car in no way compares to the Bose system in the G37. I always had static problems in the Mercedes in certain reception areas. No such problems in the G37. Clear as a bell!! Looking forward to many trouble free miles with the car. More
