My experience started with my Sales Rep Todd sending me some initial information via email on new lease options and some details on what was available. My work schedule does not allow much free time during some initial information via email on new lease options and some details on what was available. My work schedule does not allow much free time during the day but Todd always sent the information I needed and followed up thoroughly but not overly aggressive. I decided on a weekend to check out BMW, Audi and Infiniti but ended up never leaving Infiniti of Willow Grove. Todd and Frank made sure they not only found a car that fit what I was looking for but also made the numbers work as well. No question went unanswered and every detail ironed out so when it was time to sign the paperwork I felt very confident I was making the right choice. Wayne helped count the money, dot the i's and cross the t's and before driving off in my new G37x Todd had the car settings customized and options locked in. Overall a great day and over 2 months later I couldn't be happier. More
Visiting a dealer to buy or lease a car is one of my least favorite things to do. I'm usually confronted by someone who thinks he can con or lie into a sale. Having been in industrial sales for most of my working life, this type of conduct insults my profession. Todd(and Fred Poole)was a refreshing change. He is very knowledgeable about his product. He is polite, direct and, seemingly, willing to go to any legnth to make the customer comfortable with his decision. I never felt rushed or pressured. Although Todd is relatively new to this job, I think he's well on the way to being a major asset to Infinity of Willow Grove. More
This is my second vehicle purchased from this dealership. Lisa and Greg make it easy to work with them, and do what is needed to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. They had some one get it promptly, which wasn't an easy feat given the piles of snow they needed to get through to get it. More

Larry Regan was a pleasure to work with. He did everything he could to ensure that my experience was pleasant and stressfree. This includes keeping me updated on the status of my car (it was shippe everything he could to ensure that my experience was pleasant and stressfree. He also worked with me to resolve some complicated requests and everything was ready when he promised. He also followed up in a timely manner and let me know he'd be there to answer any questions or resolve any issues that may arise. Overall, Larry was one of the best sales associates I've worked with. More
In a nutshell,my request for a price was never acted on. I visited on Monday and then had to call Jeff Thursday PM. He blatantly lied to me, telling me he had emailed me the info on Wed. I asked him to resend the email and confirmed the email address. That too has miraculously never arrived. It is my work email address and I have NEVER had a problem getting email. Second, Jeff then lied telling me the MSRP on the vehicle had gone up almost $2k...despite the fact that I see no evidence of any price increase - on your site - on Infiniti.com, or any independent car site. I guess your staff must assume that women don't know what they're doing. I have purchased or leased a new vehicle every few years since 1976 and I have NEVER been lied to like this. I have purchased Toyotas, Hondas, Subarus, Fords, Lexus, Mercedes, Fiat, and Mazda without having to bear such sexist, patronizing treatment. I expect a call of apology from your sales manager. And I intend to report this incident to Infiniti corporate. More
