I went into the dealership already having done my homework and decided that I was going to purchase a 2011 Infiniti G37X Coupe. I was greated by Greg Black who offered to help me. He took me out to look at the selection of available G37X's. The selection was impressive. I had six different cars to choose from in the slate blue color I wanted. After looking at my choices I decided to purchase one off of the lot, as it was equiped exactly the way I wanted. Within minutes we had agreed upon fair price and started the paperwork. I offered to come back the next day and pick up the car after the dealership had a chance to prep it. Greg said that he could have it ready in only a few hours. I came back four hours later to pick it up and everything was set and the car looked fantastic. Greg spent a great deal of time going over the car with me and showing me how to operate all of the options. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience that I've ever had. The entire process of buying my new car was first class. I came into the store on a Friday and test drove the car I was interested in. Jeff walked me through all of the features. I explained that I was test driving several models and there was no pressure to buy on the spot. I came back on the following Monday having made my decision to purchase an Infiniti. Price negotiation was reasonable. Once we came to a price and I filled out the financing application, the financing office noticed that my employer was part of the Infiniti VPP program. As such, they were able to lower my price even further. Jeff made the process very easy. He even came to my house the next day so that I could pick up the car at the dealership without having to worry about what to do with my current car. I would difinitely recommend Jeff if you are considering the purchase of an Infiniti. More

What a great experience. I spoke with Greg initially over the phone , told him whai I wanted to accomplish and how I wanted to get there. He actually listened to what I had told him. There was absolutely no need to go over what I had expressed to him . He was very detailed and precise .When I went to the dealer the next day to look at what he had come up with it was like the world had stopped when I walked through the door. I was greeted bu any one who was not waiting on other customers and asked if I could me helped in anyway and offered a beverage. Greg had two vehicle options based on the criteria I had given him , explained both and we discussed the pros and cons of both enabling me to make an informed decision. Having made a decision, we set up a day and time to conduct our business and on that day the entire transaction was flawless. Rob, the finance person too his time and explained all of the documents to me and presented my warranty options in a non pressured manner as to not make me feel uncomfortable. I have purchase and or leased some 20 vehlcles over the years, as many as 4 from the same dealer and salesperson however this was with out a doubt the best experience I have ever had . My thanks to every one involved, I had thought that customer service and satisfaction were a thing of the past but this experience renewed my faith in it. More
