Charlie never felt that he had to talk to my husband about the car but was comfortable talking directly to me, I hadn't found this in many of the other dealerships I worked with. Charlie stayed late to show me other cars I had wanted to look at, the convertible, which wasn't looked at before. Great service when purchasing new G37XS. I would recommend the dealership. One slight problem however - I brought my car in for service (oil change) last Thursday, and the mechanic scratched the doo recommend the dealership. I did receive great service from the Service Manager, Don Pernsley, who indicated that I should bring back the car this week for repair and a loaner car, although it is a bit of an inconvenience due to my distance to the dealership.
