Someone needs to explain to Infinity of Willow Grove, PA exactly what customer service means! I had an appointment at 7pm, made with Don the service rep, to drop off my Infiniti to be serviced the followin exactly what customer service means! After driving 45 minutes to the dealership, I arrived at 7:04pm and approached the door to find it already locked. The woman behind the desk saw me at the door, looked straight at me, turned her back and walked into the back room, totally ignoring my knocking. I then called on my cell phone, while the woman peeked around the corner twice to see if I was still there. I was then told by the phone receptionist that everyone had left for the day. I told her I had an appointment, that I was standing outside the door, and I could see several people inside. I was put on hold for several minutes and she returned back on the line and said, "Sorry, you'll have to come back another time." Well it will be a cold day in you know where, before I ever return to Infiniti of Willow Grove, PA to purchase another Infiniti. And if this is how a customer gets treated to their face, I can only imagine how they treat my car when I'm not around to see it. I'll drive 100 miles out of my way to another dealership that appreciates me as a customer. My experience with Infiniti of Willow Grove PA is the worst I have ever had with any business in over half a century! More

There was no pressure tactics ... just honest discussion regarding trade-in values and price points. On the day we picked up our car, the car was ready to go upon arrival and the required paper work was easy. Frank gave us a tour of the service department and went over the important nuances of our new car. The whole experience from start to finish was a breeze. I would recommend both Infiniti of Willow Grove and Frank Santoro to anyone looking for a new or used car in the future. More
