I just thought that you should know that I contacted Scott, a manager at your dealership yesterday and he gave me a fair price on leasing the vehicle that I wanted. Obviously, now I had to get my trade-in evaluated. I took time out of work and went down to see Scott because he said he would take care of me when I got there. When I arrived I was immediately passed off to a salesman named Joe Evangelista. Joe was set on taking me for a test drive in one of his vehicles, but I told him that I know what I want and it has to be ordered. After having me walk around my car with him for a checklist pointing out every little ding in the vehicle (it's a USED car!), I waited for the appraiser to find the value of my Cadillac. My car was NEVER moved from the spot that I parked in. After more waiting, and even having my father call Scott to see what the holdup was (embarrassing enough) I was then told to wait 10 minutes. After waiting again, and Joe sitting across from me answering his emails, Scott came in and said "I can give you $19,500" I said that was really far under what I was already quoted at 3 different dealerships (about $5,000 LESS) and he replied "That's the most you will get". I thanked him for his time and on my way out Joe asked "Did you tell him what you were quoted??" I said " He didn't even ask", and then Joe asked what I was looking for on my trade as I was walking out the door. My brand new Infinity Q50 is being delivered this afternoon from Flemington Infiniti. I took my business elsewhere and next month my brother and 2 employees will be going to this dealership as well. Not only was I disrespected in Willow Grove Infiniti, but I was very upset with the entire experience at Willow Grove Infiniti. It was a total waste of my time and I will be sure to spread the word about my experience. More

Smooth Experience - Start to Finish My father and I drove down from northern NJ (~2 hours away) to pick up one of the few G37 sedans available on the East Coast in the colors that he wan My father and I drove down from northern NJ (~2 hours away) to pick up one of the few G37 sedans available on the East Coast in the colors that he wanted. We had arranged to meet with Dan Ruggiero, and we had attempted to complete some work ahead of time. Upon arrival, Dan was prepared. Our paperwork was already set to go, and Dan got us moving on the process. He showed us the car, and chatted with us throughout the process. He wasn't pushy and even shared a few things that we didn't know despite leasing our 5th Infiniti in a row. After ensuring that everything was as advertised and as we had verbally agreed upon previously (it was), we met with Stephen (Finance Specialist) to take care of all the paperwork. This process went pretty smoothly as well, with the only hiccup occurring on our end (forgot Insurance Card). They were able to accommodate, though, and we happily drove off the lot. All in all, the trip was well worth it, and the pleasant experience could even bring us back there for another one someday. Solid job all around. More

I've just leased a new 2013 G37x, only because i know that if i have ANY issues whatsoever, Mike C. will always go above & beyond to take care of me! My first leasing experience has been phenomenal. I've been in contact with John Emberger, and have worked out a great deal through email. When i came in (in person) John already had all the paperwork ready for me to sign & the car was waiting for me. I was in & out in 30 minutes. Great Dealership! They don't just sell you a car, they take care of you from beginning to end! More

I decided that I wanted a new car about two weeks ago so I decided to go shopping around at a couple different dealerships, and what made me ultimately decide to purchase at Infiniti of Willow Grove wasn't that amazing deal that they offered me... but the customer service and the team that was there. Chris went above and beyond to get my car for me as soon as possible by taking his day off to go and personally pick up my car in Scranton because the dealership at Scranton did not want to do a trade off. Chris is very flexible and professional. I still text him from time to time whenever I have questions about my Infiniti, and he still answers back in a timely manner. You would think that these car salesman would forget about you after they make the sale... but Chris isn't like that. He is working in his client's best interest, and understands the importance of maintaining a healthy business relationship because of the future business and referrals that can come from it. More

After we got the vehicle home we noticed that it did not have the roof rails like we wanted and had previously told the salesman we wanted (this option was definitely on the vehicle from the other dealer). After speaking with the sales manager (Scott Carita) he basically told me tough luck. We were very up front with our sales person from the beginning with the options we wanted and that we were not in a hurry, we can wait or order a vehicle to get what we wanted. I sent them the email from the other dealer showing the options (with the roof rails) and the price. Yes shame on me for not catching the roof rails before we left the dealership but After waiting for 3 1/2 hours we were getting impatient and I was late for a meeting. We told them we were coming so and we were limited on time to get this done. When we got there our salesman wasn't even there. I feel like this was a typical car salesman tactic sneaky and sleezy! More
