DO NOT GET SERVICE AT INFINITI OF WILLOW GROVE (R&D Motors) I have brought my car there twice in the last three years (totaling 5 separate visits, two the first time and now three the second time) and have had I have brought my car there twice in the last three years (totaling 5 separate visits, two the first time and now three the second time) and have had major problems both times. The first time, I bought a QX56 in NJ and brought it to them to get inspected in PA. They said I needed new brakes and had dry rot on some of the hoses. I immediately took it back to the dealership I bought it from to get fixed. They showed me the amount on the brakes (more than enough to pass inspection) and took pictures where the ‘supposed’ dry rot was… nothing. I then took it back to Infiniti of Willow Grove – “Sorry our fault for the mistake.” Slapped a new sticker on the car and that was it. I made the huge mistake of returning three years later. This time I again brought it for an PA inspection (had a coupon… big mistake). After the inspection they said I needed new tie rod ends (that’s fine). But I was not willing to pay their $468 to replace them. I told them I would take it to my mechanic since it would be half the price (it is a shame he doesn’t do PA inspections). After getting the car back from Infiniti, there was a noticeable, yet intermittent squeak / clunking sound from the back wheels. Made an appointment to bring it back to Infiniti to figure out what it could be. Infiniti of Willow Grove ‘supposedly’ checked it out and said they didn’t hear anything (it was a Friday afternoon). After leaving the second time my wife said that she still heard the same noise. And then during that weekend it got progressively worse. On that Monday I took it to my mechanic for the tie rod ends and also to look into the noise. Right away he could see that the brake backing plate was pried away and as soon as he took the rotor off, the e-brake shoes fell out. In addition there were chunks of metal out of the back of the rotor. I again brought it back to Infiniti. They confirmed the issues my mechanic saw. But they say, ‘We never touched the brakes. It is not our issue.’ So I said – so the noises that happened immediately after you had the car twice are just a coincidence? The answer was – ‘Yes, just a bad coincidence. It will be $1495 to fix.’ Then how did the backing plate get bent, the e-brake explode, chunks of metal out of the rotor? ‘It all must have happened when the e-brake came apart.’ The problem is – the backing plate would not get that bent because of that and rotors are designed to take heat and not just start shredding metal. I cannot find anyone who has seen chunks of metal come out of the rotor. I am not buying it! I have had a few mechanics look at the rotors and backing plate. Two have over 20 years experience repairing cars. Neither of them has seen anything like chunks of metal taken out of the rotor. One of them (more cynical) asked what I did to the dealership to make them mad. To him it looked like someone intentionally took an air chisel to the rotor. At best the mechanics at Infiniti of Willow Grove are incompetent for not seeing something so clearly that is wrong with the brakes/rotor. At worst something was intentionally done to the car to get a larger repair. STAY away from Infiniti of Willow Grove service department! If you check the reviews out there – they seem to have a history of fabricating service needs to get more repair revenue. The fact that the managers back up the mechanics on something that is obviously their fault (intentional or not) is just as bad. Be honest. More

Phil (Polite) embodied his last name - was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and has earned any future business I embark on with Infiniti of Willow Grove. Completing the car buying transaction was seamless and pleasurable as manager Stephen Kardos walked me through options after obtaining a fantastic finance rate for me. It is my second new car buying experience and I could not have been more pleased how both gentlemen demonstrated true customer care. Great experience! Asa Aarons ~ More

Drove up 1.5 hours in heavy traffic, and alternate sales shows me the car. Rite away both sides of front bumper are unclipped from body. Hmmm. Hood does not snap in place. This despite 3x asking is this accurate and no problems. Don't trust them. Ask to see pics they take and send. Awful. To boot, the alternate sales says we can't fix it, this car is being sold as is. I told him that is BS - if they had said as much re the bumper and hood, would nto have taken drive. Avoid. More
