Zach was great to work with from start to finish. I never felt like I was getting price gauged and he told me to wait until the right deal came along rather than rushing into something. I'm on my 5th Infiniti since 2003. My father-in-law warned me about Willow Grove's service department. He stopped going to Willow grove after only 3 visits. Most often I went to Ardmore because of the great service representatives. However, the proximity to Willow Grove sometime made things easier. I recently received a quote from Ardmore on a part replacement but had to go to Faulkner due to time. Willow Grove charged $100 more for labor for doing the exact same thing Ardmore would have done??? Why? At Ardmore the rep sends you a text on status and will follow up with a call to validate the recommended and needed fixes. Not at Faulkner. I had to continually call to find out the status of my car. I had to prompt the service rep on what was needed vs recommended. Then there were recommended changes that Willow Grove quoted which I had already performed at Ardmore. I was told the dealership systems on repairs are not connected. This seems like something the larger company should be able to interconnect. At Ardmore, when your car is done, they inform you that the car will be out in a few minutes because they are taking it to the car wash. Supreme service. At Faulkner they list on the bill that the car had been washed but car was dirty. They did not wash the car. Car washing tiny in the scheme of things. But it speaks to character of the business providing service. During my last visit, my service rep didn't bother to come out to ask if I had questions. Infiniti of Willow Grove (Faulkner) service department is the worst. More
