I am not making this up. Every time I buy a car, I am told by the salesperson to rate 5 stars on the dealership survey that I will inevitably be sent. Also, when being told to rate everything at dealerrater.com only give the 5 stars. Usually, I am given the excuse that the salesperson might be fired for anything less than 5 stars. This creates many untrue and highly biased ratings all over dealerrater.com specifically and the interwebs generally. I bring this up because, for the first time, none of that happened at this dealership. Not one solicitation for a rating, at all. Not even a nudge to prevent various employees from being fired. Therefore, the ratings I give are true, unblemished from prejudice. Furthermore, Joe Evangelista is a fine, honest, and hardworking salesperson. He was attentive to all my needs and explained all the details of the car, thoroughly without patronizing me. His witty banter and humor made the car buying ordeal much less depressing and, dare I say, enjoyable. I cannot rave enough about Joe. It is his influence in my experience that will make me recommend Infiniti of Willow Grove to anyone who asks. That being said, all the other employees with whom I dealt were all polite, polished, and (to continue the alliteration) professional. I sometimes feel that there is an unofficial determined amount of time that all dealerships collude on. To keep the buyer off their toes. To lose track of time. I was subjected to that at this establishment, but the employees made the waiting time seem to go faster. Did I mention Joe Evangelista? He was great. I could see myself having coffee with him at a cafe, NOT talking about cars. But, I am sure, he gives a similar impression to his other clients. Go to Willow Grove Infiniti- the cars are great, the people are better. More

Low-balled on trade-in When it came time to make a deal, they offered me $20K for my 2013 Audi A4 and told me that was the price listed on the Kelly Blue Book site. When I went home, I logged in on that site and entered the information for a 2013 Audi A4 with 40K miles and equipped with the Premium Plus Package and was returned a figure of just over 24K. Kelly provided nowhere to enter the fact that the car was equipped with the MMI feature (a $3500 option) and the all weather package ($450), making $26000 for the car a conservatively fair offer. Since I provided them with the Audi dealer's spec sheet, there could not be any confusion on how the car was equipped. If I accepted their offer, I believe they would have sold it to the Audi dealer next door for a quick $3-5K profit leaving them room to make a quick $3-5K for themselves. More

While Infiniti of Willow Grove is no different, I felt they were more interested in earning a new client than separating me from (all) my money. In my first visit, I was greeted by Phil Polite, an associate in the sales department. He was fantastic in making a good first impression and LISTENING to my situation and reasons for looking into Infinti. I spent about an hour browsing the CPO lot with Phil answering my questions in a thorough and objective manner. After test driving a Q50, I left the dealership with Phil's contact information and a good feeling about the rapport Phil established with me. Phil and I worked closely together over the course of the next week to put me in a new Q50 at a competitive price. Kevin Niklauski, the GM, was very professional and 100% transparent during the deal process as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. In the end, I took delivery of a new Q50 with all questions answered, and Phil and Kevin have earned my business for years to come. More
