Service - UGH Scheduled an appointment online for some services. Selected "Loaner Vehicle" and put in the comments to please confirm loaner vehicle. I work long hou Scheduled an appointment online for some services. Selected "Loaner Vehicle" and put in the comments to please confirm loaner vehicle. I work long hours, I cannot sit in a dealer for hours while my car is being serviced. A loaner is a necessity, as it is for most people. No call to confirm, so I reach out to them. "No loaner available for your appointment" even though I scheduled a appointment based on loaner availability. Let it slide. Next appointment comes up, SAME EXACT THING HAPPENS. I schedule with a dealer little further away, they text me back within 5 minutes confirming I will have a loaner waiting for me while my car is being serviced. Why Faulkner Infiniti would make me pick an appointment a week further out based on loaner availability, then tell me they do not have one. What happens if I just showed up - I would be stuck and would have missed work. Sad, because this is my 4th Infiniti and the dealer an extra 10 miles away will get my business from now on. The customer experience doesn't stop when I buy the car. The service experience is what makes people come back to a dealer over and over again due to that long lasting sense of customer service. More
