I brought my car I just purchased last week in for washer sensor to be replaced . I had full warranty with Blue Advantage ( bumper to bumper ) . The place that I bought the car was North Jersey and they sai sensor to be replaced . I had full warranty with Blue Advantage ( bumper to bumper ) . The place that I bought the car was North Jersey and they said I could bring it anywhere for service. Your guy told me he didn’t know if they accepted that warranty. He would have to call but to do the diagnostic it would be $200. And not sure it would be covered. he said I would have to pay the $200 to do the diagnostics and then call the warranty which didn’t make sense. Also, I needed a key fob reprogrammed. He said that would be another $200 for diagnostic. He was not willing to call the warranty company. So I left.. I called the warranty company when I got home and they said I was fully covered while I took it to a Ford dealership to be fixed. Very disappointed as I would’ve liked to have service from an infinity dealership for my QX 80. I won’t be back More

I have been bringing my car to Faulkner Infiniti for many years, and Infinit of Willow Grove prior to that. Over the past few years, the level of service has deteriorated in my opinion. Today, I brought my Q years, and Infinit of Willow Grove prior to that. Over the past few years, the level of service has deteriorated in my opinion. Today, I brought my Q70 in for maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). Although I had a loaner vehicle, I told Mark that I needed my car today. He said my car "would definitely" be ready today. Not only was it not ready today, but I received no communication whatsoever. When I called at 5:30, I was told that service is gone for the day. I only write this because this is the 3rd time this happened to me, and I am finished with Faulkner. Everyone is friendly, but they don't do what they say they will. More
